Shuaibu-Yahaya Efe Moses, also known as Efe Best, is a Nigerian educationalist and language enthusiast with a passion for African and foreign cultures. He holds a Master’s degree in Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages (MTCSOL) and a Bachelor’s degree in Chinese International Education from Hebei Normal University in China.

During his time in China, Efe Best served as the President of the International Students Union at Hebei Normal University, becoming the first African to hold such a position. He also worked as a professional Chinese translator and assistant to the president in numerous multinational companies in both Nigeria and China.

After acquiring experiences in different field of studies, Efe Best returned to Nigeria in 2021 and established the Efe Best Chinese Training School (EBCTS) and Efe Best Consultancy. The school gives an environment for students to master the Chinese language and connect with Chinese culture, while the consultancy provides language teaching and consultancy services.
